It is usually inflicted on persons convicted of crimes against the state or adults determined by a court to be legally incompetent because of mental disability. Read more
CyberSTALKING
The use of the Internet or other types of electronic communications to stalk or harass an individual, a group, or an organization. It may include false accusations, defamation, slander and libel. It can also include monitoring, identity theft, threats, vandalism, solicitation for sex, or gathering information that may be used to threaten or harass. In many cases, both STALKING and CyberSTALKING are illegal, criminal offenses. See the States Stalking Laws (section).
D
DELUSIONAL
A type of psychosis in which a person experiences persistent false beliefs even in the face of conflicting evidence.
DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON (DEW)
A weapon that damages its target with highly focused energy, including laser, microwaves and particle beams. Potential applications of this technology include weapons that target personnel, missiles, vehicles, and optical devices.
E
ELECTRONIC (TECHNOLOGICAL) HARASSMENT
The use of radio frequency, sonic, laser and other types of devices to remotely inflict a variety of effects on the mind and/or body. Also, the use of, done to, manipulate any electrical device to harass someone.
F
G
GANG STALKING
Is a systemic form of control that seeks to diminish the quality of a Targeted Individual’s, or population’s, life. In extreme cases, the goal is to destroy every aspect of a Targeted Individual’s life. Once a target is flagged a notification is sent out to the organized stalking community at large, and the target is followed around often all day, every day by members of the community where the Targeted Individual goes. This harassment and surveillance is on-going and occurs in and outside the home of the Targeted Individual. (Gang Stalking is also known as, Cause Stalking, Community Stalking, Organized Harassment, Organized Stalking, Organized Gang Stalking, and Electronic Harassment and Torture).
GAS-LIGHTING
A Form of manipulation that is intended to make a Targeted Individual, or population, doubt or question their own memory, perception, and sanity. Gas Lighting is of used to destabilize the target and delegitimize the target's beliefs and any claims of being targeted. Gas Lighting can include persistent denial by the perpetrator, misdirection, contradiction statements, and lying. This can lead to SCHIZOPHRENIA mental disorder.

L
LASER LIGHT
A laser is a device that emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation.
LYING IN WAIT
Lying In ambush; lying hid or concealed for the purpose of making a sudden and unexpected attack upon a person when he shall arrive at the scene. In some jurisdictions, where there are several degrees of murder, lying in wait is made evidence of that deliberation and premeditat ed intent which is necessary to characterize murder in the first degree. This term is not synonymous with “concealed.” If a person conceals himself for the purpose of shooting another unawares, he is lying iu wait; but a person may, while con- cealed, shoot another without committing the crime of murder.
M
MICROCHIP IMPLANT
An identifying integrated circuit device or Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) transponder encased in silicate glass and implanted in the body of a human being. It is a type of subdermal implant that usually contains a unique ID number that can be linked to information contained in an external database.
MIMICRY
The action or art or treatment of imitating someone or something. In Organized Stalking, perpetrators repeat or copy something that a Targeted Individual has said or done (recently or in the past) to harass the Targeted Individual.
MOBBING
In the context of human beings, means bullying of an individual by a group. Mobbing can be done by family members, a group of peers, at school, work, and online.
N
NOISE CAMPAIGN
An orchestrated effort to produce stress in a Targeted Individual through prolonged exposure to significant noise levels. A Noise Campaign can range from multiple neighbors routinely playing loud music, individual stalkers with air-horns or fireworks, or organized "repair work" that involves a high level of noise.
O
ORCHESTRATION
The planning or coordination of the aspects of a situation to produce a desired effect or outcome.
P
PROFILING
The recording and analysis of an individual’s psychological and behavioral patterns, so as to assess or predict their capabilities in a particular sphere, or to assist in identifying a particular subgroup of people, to predict future behavior (And if necessary, repress that behavior).
PsyOps (Psychological Operations)
Operations or actions taking to convey selected information and stimuli to an individual or population to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and individuals.
Q
R
REMOTE NEURAL MONITORING
A form of functional neuroimaging that is said to use satellite technology to relay electro-optics to analyze human brain and nerve activity of an individual at a distance without the need of contacts or electrodes. This obtained data is said to be relayed to computer systems that can perform algorithms to correlate communication and behavior data with brain activity data sampled from individuals who are targeted.
S
SABOTAGE
Deliberately destroy, damage, or hinder (something) carried on by a civilian or enemy, especially for political or military purpose. Saboteurs typically try to conceal their identities because of the consequences of their actions.
SADISM
A personality type or disorder that enjoys (or is rewarded psychologically rewarded) committing sadistic acts. Sadistic acts involve others people or animals being subjected to discomfort or pain. Individuals possessing sadistic personalities tend to display recurrent aggression and cruel behavior. Sadism can also include the use of emotional cruelty, purposefully manipulating others through the use of fear, and a preoccupation with violence.
SADIST
A person or thing that subjects others to pain, suffering, and discomfort, for reward or pleasure. This includes humiliation. Individuals possessing sadistic personalities tend to display recurrent aggression and cruel behavior.
SCHIZOPHRENIA
A long-term mental disorder involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behavior, leading to faulty perception, inappropriate actions and feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental fragmentation.
SENSITIZING
Acts or behavior by Organized Stalkers to cause a Targeted Individual (or a someone or something else) to respond to or notice certain stimuli, i.e. to make sensitive to. A Sensitizing act is often done over and over to get the Targeted Individual’s attention.
SLEEP DEPRIVATION
The situation or condition of being kept awake, or woken up, (by someone else, or by a sleep disorder), which results to suffering due to the lack of sleep. In this case of Organized Stalking, Sleep Deprivation is often used to break a Targeted Individual down. Sleep Deprivation can have a negative effect on a Targeted Individual’s mental state and physical health.
STREET THEATER
In GANG STALKING context, carefully scripted harassment by neighbors and strangers (but can include harassment by family, friends and co-workers). These skits are performed, or intended, so that only Targeted Individual notices them and also to keep a Targeted Individual at a high stress level. These acts can include excessive or a specific noise, crowding of personal space in person or while driving in traffic (especially on the highway), stolen items from shopping cart when shopping, and even kids that are sent to annoy, harass, catch a Targeted Individual’s attention (such as staying in front of the person’s house, staring, making noise, or by putting strange items on a lawn as the victim drives by).
SURVIEILLANCE
The specific monitoring of behavior, activities, or information of an individual or population for the purpose of influencing, managing or directing. This can include observation from a distance by means of electronic equipment, such as closed-circuit television (CCTV), or interception of electronically transmitted information, such as Internet traffic. It can also include simple technical methods, such as human intelligence gathering and postal interception.
T
TARGETED INDIVIDUAL
A Targeted Individual, or TI, is an individual who has been placed (specifically targeted) into a campaign of psychological, and often physical, warfare tactics, which is orchestrated by the U.S. military, C.I.A. and federal law enforcement and perpetrated by the community that the person lives.
TELEPATHY
The purported transmission (or communication) of information from one person to another without using any of our known sensory channels or physical interaction.
TRAFFIC MOBBING
A form of MOBBING using bikes, pedestrians, and cars to harass the Targeted Individual between one destination to another destination. Examples include almost being hit by a car or run off the road where you thought it was intentional.
TRAUMA
A deeply emotional distress following a stressful event or a physical injury, which may be associated with physical shock and sometimes leads to long-term neurosis.
U
V
VOICE TO SKULL (V2K)
An electromagnetic device, also known as PsychoTronic, that transmits microwaves of sound into the skull of a TI or animal by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation. The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. An example of V2K is its supposed use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports. VOICE TO SKULL is explained psychologically and scientifically as the MICROWAVE AUDITORY EFFECT (also known as the Microwave Hearing Effect or the Frey Effect).
MICROWAVE AUDITORY EFFECT
A condition the human perception or experience of audible clicks, or even speech, induced by pulsed or modulated radio frequencies. The communications are generated directly inside the human head without the need of any receiving electronic device. The effect was first reported by persons working in the vicinity of radar transponders during World War II. In 1961, the American neuroscientist Allan H. Frey studied this phenomenon and was the first to publish information on the nature of the microwave auditory effect. The cause is thought to be thermoelastic expansion of portions of the auditory apparatus, although competing theories explain the results of holographic interferometry tests differently.
